Each enrollee will be mailed a letter of confirmation prior to the course. A telephoned registration made by an individual (to reserve a space) will receive a confirmation letter as soon as either the fee is paid or official notification is received by UTSI from his/her company or organization. A list of area motels will be included if the course is to be held on campus, or pertinent travel information will be included if the course is to be held off-site.
