Current Students

Our students are diverse in many ways. Though we are a relatively small campus in numbers, many countries and cultures are represented on the UTSI campus. Through the Distance Education Program, which began in 1981, we also serve students in many remote sites across the United States and Canada as well as streaming video via the Internet.

We want to address the needs of our domestic and international students whether on campus or taking courses through distance education.

NOTICE FOR CURRENT STUDENTS*

*Effective beginning Fall 2012, the University of Tennessee, Knoxville has changed the policy on charges for graduate level graduation applications. The graduation application fee is non-refundable and will be charged for each term in which an application for graduation is submitted for the degree.

If a graduation application is cancelled because a student will not graduate in a term, then the student must apply for graduation in a new term and pay the fee again.

This change in policy applies only to the following graduate degrees:

Doctoral Degrees - $75.00
Specialist in Education Degrees - $45.00
Master's Degrees - $30.00
