Scheduling & Services

  • Room Assignment-
    -For classroom assignment, contact the Registrar at X228
    -For office/storage space assignment call X402
  • Event/Room Scheduling-
    Most UTSI meeting rooms can be seen/scheduled in Outlook public folders. Contact X402 for more information.
  • Equipment Loans-
    Computers Services has laptops, projectors, and digital cameras for loan to faculty, staff, and students. Call X363.
  • Audio/Video Services-
    Technical support for UTSI events is supported by Distance Ed department. Call X369/462
  • Smart Rooms-
    Several meeting and classrooms have lcd projectors, sound support and/or computers installed. Call X363 for info or assistance.
