Nature Photonics
, published by the Nature Publishing Group (NPG), is a monthly scientific journal publishing high-quality original research related to optoelectronics, laser science, imaging, communications and other areas of photonics. It includes top-quality, peer-reviewed research in all areas of light generation, manipulation and detection. The journal was launched in January 2007.

Coverage extends from research into the fundamental properties of light and how it interacts with matter through to the latest designs of optoelectronic devices and emerging applications that exploit photons.
