You can save up to five different searches to use again at a later date. They do expire but you will have a chance to renew them before that expiration date,

To create and save a search, ALWAYS login first. Then go to the Search (Basic or Advanced) screen.

Create your search and go to the results.

There are four selections for this search:

Refine the Query

If you need to make the search more exact to create fewer results, choose to refine your search. You will be presented with the advanced search screen for you to fill in more selections. This choice is limited to UTSI's subscription.

Advanced Search

This choice also presents a screen for filling in more fields, but it actually may broaden your search by searching across all the Nature Publishing Group's journals. You will only have full-text for our library's subscription, but you will have citation details for the others.

Save Search

This selection allows you to save your searches (up to five) for future use. Once selected, you will receive a note on your screen stating:

Your search has been saved. To view all your Saved Searches and request alerts please see 'My Account'.

View Saved Searches

Should you wish to execute a saved search or you just want to see what you have saved, choose this selection. This page will allow you to remove any saved searches or to edit them. To run them again, just choose RE-RUN.
