Residency
In-state residency must be established through the University of Tennessee Office of the University Registrar at the time of application, or through a petition and appeals process.

Credit or Debit Cards
UTSI accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit/debit cards. Credit card payments must be paid online. There is a 2.85% service fee for these payments. UT has a contract with an outside vendor to provide this service. The vendor retains the fee in full.
All fees are subject to any changes approved by the Board of Trustees prior to the beginning of a term.
*An additional Engineering course fee of $115 per semester hours is assessed to ALL engineering courses. All fees are subject to changes approved by the Board of Trustees prior to the beginning of the term.
