Any UTSI employee may elect to enter into a deferred compensation plan through payroll deduction at any time. Eligible employees may begin participation, change their reduction amounts, or cancel their participation as often as once per month provided the changes are within the allowable IRS limits. Employees electing to enter into a deferred compensation plan should contact the UTSI Human Resources Office for more information.
