The University of Tennessee Space Institute offers for sale, “where-as-is-as-is” at public auction approximately 670 auditorium/theater seats to be configured in assorted lots.  The University reserves the right to change the number of lots, and its configuration before, or during the sale, at the auctioneer’s discretion.  Other lots to include letter and legal size file cabinets.

The property is located at the University of Tennessee Space Institute, 411 B.H. Goethert Parkway, Lower parking lot, Tullahoma, TN 37388.  Auditorium/theater seating may be inspected between 9:00-11:30am and 2:00-4:00pm June 6 and 7.  The auction will begin promptly at 9:00am on Monday, June 10, 2019.

Payment is due on day of sale and ONLY cash, cashier’s check, certified check, VISA or MasterCard will be accepted for payment.
