UTSI Proposal Development Form

The Office of Research Proposals and Contracts is responsible for pre- and post-award administration of UTSI sponsored programs for grants, contracts, and agreements. This office also works with UTK Procurement for the negotiation/execution of non-research-related contracts. We serve as UTSl’s administering officials with certification and signature authority for all government portals, organization portals, and the PIEE accounting portal. We are the office responsible for development/approval of Cayuse proposal and project workspaces.
