With the support of UTSI’s outreach coordinator and student ambassadors, UTSI offers K-12 STEM outreach to our local schools, homeschool students, and community overall.

A basic list of activities includes but are not limited to:

• Building and launching water or hobby rockets
• Mobile planetarium (grades K-5)
• Various science experiments
• Various STEM activities and crafts
• Tours of research facilities (grades 9 – 12)
• Attend and support after school STEM events
• Field trips to campus
• Visits to schools as guest speakers
