International Conference on Spectral Line Shapes Held at UTSI

The 22nd International Conference on Spectral Line Shapes (ICSLS) will be held at the University of Tennessee Space Institute (UTSI) from June 1-6, 2014. The ICSLS bi-annual conference series started in Paris, France in 1973, with the location of the conference alternating between European and North-American conference venues.

The ICSLS covers a broad range of topics ranging from spectral line shape studies, including line shapes of atomic and molecular transitions in neutral gaseous mixtures, to the processes in laser fields and innovative techniques of line shape applications for diagnostic purposes. The conference includes invited lectures, contributed talks, poster presentations, and round table discussions.
