The University of Tennessee Space Institute was proud to host the 2008 area MATHCOUNTS contest earlier in February. The top three winners of the individual competition are shown above, from left to right, are: Third place winner Micah Rasnick, a seventh grader at Webb School, coached by teacher Sandra Truitt; First place winner Daniel Graves, an eighth grader at Tullahoma West Middle School, coached by teacher Judy Price, and Second place winner Jared Carpenter, an eighth grader at Tullahoma East Middle School, coached by teacher Trent Stout.
