Subject: Salary Increase for Passing Certified Administrative Professional Examination

When all parts of the Certified Administrative Professional Examination are satisfactorily passed, the employee should submit through supervisory channels to the Human Resources Office appropriate documentation of the passage of the examination.

The Human Resources Office will process the nine percent wage increase effective the first of the month following appropriate notification to the Human Resources Office or the first day of the biweekly payroll cycle following notification for the biweekly paid employees. The documentation on passage of the Certified Administrative Professional Examination will be placed in the subject employee’s official Personnel Record.
